What StoreScout is
StoreScoutAI is a login-protected workspace for retail and RVM (reverse vending machine) planning teams. It helps you turn a territory of convenience and grocery stores into a prioritised, evidence-backed work list — then export what another team needs.
What you do in the product
Section titled “What you do in the product”Typical flow:
- Open Stores — the main day-to-day surface (list + map of entitled stores).
- Find stores when you need more coverage in an area (licensed search that saves results into your workspace).
- Filter and prioritise using search sets, priority bands, evidence state, and saved views.
- Refresh evidence on a shortlist (enrich / refresh uses credits when configured).
- Open profiles, assign owners, plan visits, or push to HubSpot when those features are enabled.
- Export a controlled selection for CRM, partners, or field teams.
