Export problems

Export control disabled or missing

Your role may not allow export (Viewers are often blocked).
The workspace may restrict export during pilot.
You may have zero rows selected — Export selected only appears on the selection bar when stores are checked.
Ask your workspace owner before assuming a product defect.

Export file empty or tiny

Confirm the filtered set, Search set, or Saved list actually contains stores.
Confirm selection — export uses checked rows (or all matching if you chose that), not “whatever is on screen” alone.
Re-run with a known single store to test.

Export missing columns you expected

Exports are buyer-safe and configuration-specific. Not every on-screen field is exportable. If a contracted field is missing, report it with:

Filter / Search set / list name
Field you expected
