Report a problem
When something in the app is broken or clearly wrong, report it from inside the workspace so technical context can be captured.
In-app report (preferred)
Section titled “In-app report (preferred)”- Sign in to the app.
- Open Report a problem (floating control in the workspace). Help links in the app also open this help centre.
- Describe what you expected vs what happened.
- Include steps, store id (from the URL if relevant), Search set name if applicable, and approximate time (UK).
- Paste or attach a screenshot if it helps (PNG, JPEG, or WebP; keep under the size limit shown in the form). Screenshots are available on Stores and other workspace pages.
Do not attach Google Street View or other map-provider imagery. Attach still works if you ignore that notice — please avoid those pixels where you can. Prefer a screenshot of the broken control, list, or error state without live Street View in frame. See Privacy and Street View.
Support may use AI on this report. By sending, you allow StoreScout to use AI-assisted triage on the report content, any attached screenshot, and relevant same-workspace issue history. There is no separate opt-in tick box. This does not create a shared customer knowledge base or automate external actions. Do not include sensitive personal data.
